Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STRUTTURA website at struttura.magius.it and our Minecraft mods (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Giuliano Alviani ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using OAuth authentication (Google, Microsoft, or Discord). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

API keys generated for mod integration provide full access to your account. Keep them confidential and never share them publicly.

Service Description

STRUTTURA allows users to:

  • Create and upload Minecraft building creations
  • Share creations with the community
  • Download and spawn community creations in Minecraft worlds
  • Create and manage lists of creations

The Service includes two Minecraft mods: STRUTTURA Architect (for creating/uploading) and STRUTTURA Spawner (for downloading/spawning).

User Content

Your Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the Minecraft creations you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, and display your content on the Service
  • Distribute your content to other users through the spawner system
  • Generate and display thumbnails and previews
  • Include your content in aggregated statistics

You may remove your content at any time, which will terminate this license (except for copies already distributed to other users' local storage).

Content Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to upload the content
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain malicious code or harmful elements
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission
  • Circumvent security features or access restrictions
  • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

Users can report violations through our reporting system. We review reports and take appropriate action.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Basic features are available for free with usage limits.

Paid Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Recurring billing at the chosen interval (monthly/annual)
  • Automatic renewal until cancelled
  • Price changes with 30 days notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

Downgrade Effects

When downgrading to a lower tier: excess lists become read-only, private creations become public, and excess API keys are deactivated.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

Minecraft

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. STRUTTURA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft.

Mods

The STRUTTURA mods are provided free of charge and are open source. This complies with Mojang's EULA regarding game modifications.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of user-generated content
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all Minecraft versions or mods

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except in cases of serious violations where immediate termination may be necessary.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For any disputes, the competent court will be determined based on the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
